Myth and true story collide,
the end is the beginning,
and a choice will have to be made!

Carl Gough is a local storyteller who has toured internationally and recorded stories for BBC TV and Radio. He is now bringing his latest storytelling show to Swansea, in advance of it’s official debut at Beyond the Border International Storytelling Festival. The performance, Funded by Arts Council Wales, is an exploration, a convergence, where everything is connected to everything else and the more you look the more you find.

Nexus holds a mirror up to our current times, revealing solutions from our past and encouraging us to see the real power we are gifted through a simple choice – to do something, or do nothing.

From a Daoist creation myth of chaos, we jump into the true-life experience of covid. A journey through lock-down which leads to a passing comment that revealed a story that has forever changed Carl’s world view – where the smallest of actions can have the greatest of consequences.

As this is an advance preview, seating has been limited and booking is essential!
